when should I book?
I recommend booking your session as early as your 12-week scan to ensure availability when your little one arrives. To accommodate those unpredictable arrivals, I schedule newborn sessions for around two weeks after your due date, giving us the perfect window to capture those precious early moments.
What can I expect?
My sessions are completely baby-led and are always relaxed ensuring there is lots of time for settling baby and for feeds if needed.
Where do your sessions take place?
All sessions other than outdoor/location photoshoots take place in my studio which is based in Great Tey, Near Colchester.
What if I have missed the 7-21 days old time frame for a newborn photoshoot?
I recommend booking your newborn session when your baby is between 7 and 21 days old, as this is the ideal window to capture those peaceful, sleepy poses. If this timeframe has passed, don't worry! Older newborn sessions are still a wonderful option, allowing us to capture all those beautiful details—though your little one may be a bit more awake and alert.
